“The food you eat can be either the safest and most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison.” -Ann Wigmore

Hey there, I´m Rarnie
Hi, I’m Rarnie McCudden, and I’m passionate about helping people transform their health through trauma-informed nutritional medicine. My approach is grounded in compassion, lived experience, and evidence-based knowledge, offering you a safe and supportive space to heal and thrive.
This work is incredibly personal to me. My journey into the world of clinical nutrition began over a decade ago when my youngest daughter was diagnosed with multiple food allergies and idiopathic anaphylaxis. Navigating her health challenges gave me a firsthand understanding of how profoundly nutrition can impact our well-being. This, combined with my own experiences with trauma, ignited a deep commitment to helping others connect the dots between nutrition, mental health, and recovery.
I hold a Bachelor of Clinical Nutrition and an Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine, and I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Integrative Medicine. With this foundation, I blend the science of nutrition with a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to create strategies that work for real life. My background also includes years in human resources, management, and allied health practice management, which have shaped my holistic understanding of how to support people on their wellness journeys.
I’m here to partner with you, guiding you toward meaningful, sustainable changes that enhance your health and quality of life. Healing is a journey, and together, we’ll uncover the tools and strategies that help you truly thrive.
